The day-long class features two sections – one on Climate Change and the other on Securities Class Action. The Climate Change section focuses on climate science, fiduciary duty, risk management and public policy responses. Speakers include Dr. Richard Peltier, Ph.D., D.Sc, Director of the Centre for Global Change Science, University of Toronto, and Murray Gold, Managing Partner at Koskie Minsky, LLP.
