Meritas, assisted by SHARE, has been in dialogue with the company on Say on Pay since June 2008.

Meritas and SHARE now turn their attention to ongoing dialogue with the eleven other Canadian companies that have received a Say on Pay shareholder proposal from Meritas this year.
