• Pension Fund Investment and Disclosure: Acknowledging Environmental, Social and Governance Consider

  SHARE's submission to the Federal Department of Finance recommends that the Canada Pension Benefits Standards Act be amended to permit trustees to consider ESG criteria as part of the investment decision-making process. We also recommend that pension plans be required to disclose the extent to which ESG considerations are taken into account in investment decisions.

• Manitoba Pension Commission: Pension Benefits Act

  SHARE's submission to the Manitoba Pension Commission on their devised proposals for amendments to the Pension Benefits Act of Manitoba.
