Clients are offered two guideline options:
- 1. Use SHARE’s Model Proxy Voting Guidelines
- 2. Work with SHARE to create your own Customized Proxy Voting Guidelines
- Based on the proxy voting guidelines, we evaluate portfolio companies’ policies and management practices.
- We vote proxy ballots through ProxyEdge®, the online voting platform of Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc.
- We have the capacity and expertise to vote securities globally
- Our analysts identify emerging issues and assess their relevance for clients
- Clients receive a proxy voting report each quarter
