Sustainability Reporting

Detailed corporate disclosure of sustainability performance is increasingly vital. This includes reporting metrics and targets for environmental and social goals.

Investors are able to make informed decisions on how environmental and societal performance affects long term value creation. Disclosure is also a good tool to help companies measure and subsequently track their ESG performance over time.

SHARE encourages companies to disclose information in annual sustainability reports, and we suggest that companies follow the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, the most robust and widely accepted reporting standard for non-financial reporting.
